Alice Cooper and the Tome of Madness

Alice Cooper and the Tome of Madness is a thrilling online slot by Play'n GO, released in 2021. This game takes you into a mysterious, theatrical world inspired by the legendary rock star Alice Cooper. Playing out on a 5x5 grid, the slot uses cluster pays mechanics, so you score wins by landing clusters of four or more matching symbols anywhere on the grid.

Gameplay and Features

This slot comes alive with cascading reels, where winning symbols disappear, making way for new ones to fall into place and possibly trigger more wins from one spin. The game is also known for its unique Reality Effects modifiers, which can be activated on random non-winning spins:

Insane Asylum transforms all high-paying symbols into the same one; The Dungeon upgrades all low-paying symbols to high-paying ones; Chamber of Horrors removes symbols and leaves wilds behind; Temptation Room adds wilds and converts symbols into the same type.

Collect three key symbols during a spin and you’ll unleash the Alice Cooper Mega Wild—a full-reel walking wild that moves across the grid and boosts your chances of big wins.

There’s a Hat of Madness meter that fills up with each winning symbol you get. Key milestones on this meter launch extra features:

• 10 symbols: Adds 1-2 wilds on the next cascade
• 25 symbols: Adds 3-6 wilds on the next cascade
• 50 symbols: Awards 3 Reality Spins
• 75 symbols: Awards 3 Reality Spins with a 2x multiplier
• 85 symbols: Awards 3 Reality Spins with a 5x multiplier

During Reality Spins, you pick one of the four Reality Effects modifiers, and it’s applied after every spin for serious winning potential.

Bets range from as low as $0.10 right up to $100 per spin. Maximum payout is up to 3,000 times your stake. The slot has an RTP of 94.2% and is rated high volatility, so while wins might not hit all the time, they can be substantial when they do come around.

Theme and Design

Alice Cooper and the Tome of Madness captures the gothic and dramatic style of the artist. The background is a dimly lit, eerie asylum with iconic symbols like skulls, crosses, and ancient books. Alice Cooper himself appears on the side of the reels, chained and adding to the suspenseful vibe. The atmospheric soundtrack features some of his famous tracks for a truly immersive gaming experience.

This slot is fully optimised for mobile, tablet, and desktop play, so whether you’re spinning on your phone or computer, you’ll get crisp graphics and smooth gameplay that feels right at home for Zimbabwean slot fans.
