Shimmering Woods

Shimmering Woods is an online slot developed by Play'n GO, released in 2021 and set in a magical forest. It starts on a 5-reel, 3-row grid which can expand up to 5x6, offering between 243 and 7,776 ways to win. The slot has a default RTP of 96.2% and features high volatility, making it suitable for players seeking bigger payouts.

Gameplay and Features

In Shimmering Woods, every win sees the winning symbols disappear, with new symbols dropping down for possible extra wins, thanks to cascading reels. Every consecutive win in a spin increases the win multiplier by 1, which resets with each new spin.

A standout feature is the Splitting Symbols mechanic. Before every spin, a symbol is chosen to become the Splitting Symbol. When this symbol lands, it splits into two, boosting the number of ways you can win, all the way up to 7,776 ways.

Theme and Design

The game brings to life an enchanted woodland, full of sparkling gems and mystical visuals on the reels, creating a unique and immersive atmosphere.

Free Spins

Free Spins are triggered by landing three or more scatter symbols. The number of spins and Splitting Symbols you get depends on the scatter count:

• 3 scatters: 10 free spins with 1 Splitting Symbol
• 4 scatters: 13 free spins with 2 Splitting Symbols
• 5 scatters: 16 free spins with 3 Splitting Symbols
• 6 scatters: 19 free spins with 4 Splitting Symbols

During the Free Spins round, the win multiplier doesn't reset between spins, offering the chance for much bigger prizes.

Mobile Compatibility

Shimmering Woods runs smoothly on both mobile devices and computers, so players across Zimbabwe can enjoy it on their smartphones, tablets, or desktops without missing any features or visuals.

Players can place bets ranging from $0.20 up to $100 per spin. The slot boasts a maximum win potential of up to 25,000 times your bet, offering some truly impressive rewards for those lucky enough to hit a big win.

Overall, Shimmering Woods stands out with its magical theme, cascading reels and Splitting Symbol mechanics, making it an exciting choice for slots fans in Zimbabwe who enjoy high volatility and the thrill of chasing big payouts.
